All programs are run by Sharon Cameron an ACA-Registered Counsellor with her co-therapist Arte the Therapy Dog, Arte is Certified through Lead the way institute. Sharon and Arte assist children to regulate emotions, build confidence & develop social skills. With expertise in anxiety, trauma, grief, and neurodiversity, they offer tailored support through group sessions.

Connected Kids Group
This interactive program is designed to help children develop essential social and emotional skills while improving self-regulation. Through fun activities, children will build self-awareness, manage emotions, enhance social awareness, and strengthen relationships. Arte, the therapy dog, plays a central role, providing a comforting and supportive presence that makes learning these skills enjoyable and engaging.
Participants practice skills like patience, empathy, and effective communication, with guidance from a Registered Counsellor.
The program blends structured exercises with hands-on interactions involving Arte, allowing children to apply their skills in a real-time, supportive environment. The goal is to equip children with tools to confidently manage their emotions, build meaningful connections, and thrive socially in their everyday lives.

Peaceful Kids
‘Peaceful Kids’ is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children. The program gives children the skills, practice and support to utilize coping strategies that lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress and to build resilience. The program includes parental involvement and commitment to support the strategies at home.

To teach children Mindfulness exercises they can use for life
To build a reservoir of strength to enable children to cope with life more effectively
To minimise anxiety symptoms occurring in the future

Supports children so they know they are not alone with suffering from anxiety

Brick Club
LEGO® – Based Therapy was developed by neuropsychologist Dr LeGoff (2004).
Initially aimed at children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), it has also been found to benefit many children with communication and social developmental difficulties (LeGoff, 2014).
Brick Club is a play-based approach to encourage the development of social skills and communication. It is a fun and motivating therapy program. The program helps support skills such as sharing, turn taking, collaboration, conflict resolution and verbal and non-verbal communication.
